In need of OJT

Hey guys!
A friend of mine is in need of an OJT that can allocate at least 4 hours of duty time. The following qualifications are preferred:
- Above average understanding of web technologies.
- Know how on ASP, ASPX and .NET would be an advantage.
- Better if he/she owns a personal notebook computer.
